Connect Consulting’s Alliance Partners are key factors in how we develop strong client relationships. I connected with each of them through mutual and trusted business relationships. Although we all come from diverse backgrounds, expertise and life experiences, we found that we shared strong commonalities, especially around how to effectively help companies and organizations with a inclusive leadership strategy that is meaningful, affordable, results-oriented.
Combining my experience in finance, leadership and inclusive leadership strategy with a team that includes clinicians, psychologists, business owners and strategy practitioners, ensures we know what drives human thinking, beliefs, behaviors, and results. The diversity of our team enables us to leverage the right combination of experts for our clients so we can help individuals, teams, and organizations become the best versions of themselves. Ultimately, this leads to positive cultural and financial impacts.

Chris Dawson
After 17 years teaching and coaching high school students, Coach Dawson now spends his time teaching and coaching business leaders. As a head football coach, he had a passion for creating Buy-in, Inclusion, Trust, and Engagement in his program..
He loved the challenge of getting players and coaches to Buy-in to the program’s core values, mission, and strategy, as well as their unique roles on the team. He was passionate about creating a program in which every player felt Included because of the respect, affirmation, and love they received from their coaches and teammates. The players spent countless hours each summer and fall grinding, sweating, striving, and working together to build Trust – trust each player had that the teammates on either side of him would do their jobs so that he could focus on doing his. Finally, he devised ways to help each player actively Engage with his assignments with complete focus and take ownership of his impact on the program.
Two years ago Walt Brown invited Chris to join him in coaching business leaders on the same principles of Buy-in, Inclusion, Trust, and Engagement (BITE). They do this using a proven process that measures how well an organization’s operating system is meeting the Seven Critical Needs of its people. The BITE7 survey measures the degree to which team members Belong and Believe and are Accountable, Measured, Heard, Developed, and Balanced. The survey results are analyzed to come up with a plan to address problem areas using the tools already in their operating system.
Every six months the process is repeated to ensure continuous improvement and increased BITE. The results of this effort have truly been rewarding. Cultures are healthier, teams are stronger, sales & profits are growing, and CEOs & owners have more freedom.
Using the BITE7 Framework and Proven Process, Coach Dawson continues to pursue his lifelong passion of helping teams and team members reach their highest potential.
