As Founder and Managing Member for Connect Consulting, my role is to effectively listen to our clients, at the inception of the engagement and throughout, so that our team has a complete and accurate understanding of their vision and needs. This ensures our company brings the best ideas and resources to the engagement so our clients achieve long-term, sustained results.

About Lynne

Prior to establishing Connect Consulting, Lynne had an extensive career leading and coaching teams in major profit centers in corporate, commercial and treasury banking. For customers, she provided top rated relationship management and banking services as well as increased access to capital and business acumen for women, minority and small businesses. She ultimately took her corporate experience and led a unique and successful DEI strategy that increased equitable access to higher paid positions and leadership roles. Lynne attributes her professional success to the personal passion she has for connecting and engaging with people. This passion has helped her as a leader, coach, mentor, and sponsor in creating trusted relationships across diverse circles of people. Lynne graduated with a degree in Economics and Sociology from Duke University.
